2025 Mindfulness classes
5-week course: Introduction to Mindfulness
This 5-week Introduction to Mindfulness course lays the foundations for the practice of Mindfulness. Each class will be an opportunity to practice and explore Mindfulness of the Body, Breath, Emotions and Thoughts in a supportive and inclusive environment.
​Mondays 11am - 12pm (In Person only) - next course starts 2nd June
Thursdays 4-5pm (Zoom only) - next course starts 5th June
5-week course: Developing Mindfulness
These 5-week courses are for those that would like to continue practicing and developing mindfulness in a group environment and with the guidance of a facilitator/teacher. Each course will be different - focusing on a different aspect of mindfulness.

Mondays 10.30am - 12pm (In Person only) - next course starts 28th April
